Manish Jain is a true systems thinker. I had the profound opportunity to share with my Systems Thinking Workshop cohort to learn from Manish. His approach to complex problem-solving through systems thinking has fundamentally changed how I approach engineering challenges at Google.

As a Software Engineer at Google, I work on large-scale distributed systems that serve billions of users. The complexity of these systems requires a deep understanding of interconnections, feedback loops, and emergent behaviors - exactly what Manish’s workshop teaches.
